Giadone leads a teamwhose greatest asset is their experience. He takes special care tounderstand how his customer's business operates and leverages email, sothat he can better understand how to craft a solution that istailor-made just for their organization. Vice President for Client Services, Victor Silva bringsover 24 years of experience in technical account management, customerproject management, software development, systems architecture anddatabase development. Joining the company in 1999, he is responsiblefor Professional Services and Account Management at USA.NET, coveringall aspects of launching customers on USA.NET's messaging services witha focus on migration and integration services, as well as on-goingTechnical Account Management for our direct customer base. Silva hasbeen the technical liaison with United Airlines, Farmers Insurance,Realogy and other key customers coordinating messaging services anddirectly managing migrations from internal services for over 2 millionaccounts.
