RESTON, VA and DENVER, CO - (June 30, 2005) - XO Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: XOCM.OB) has entered into a partnership agreement with USA.NET, the nation's leading provider of hosted email services, as its hosted Microsoft Exchange^® provider. Under the terms of the agreement, USA.NET will also market XO's Concentric^® Clustered Hosting solution to its customers.

The agreement gives XO Communications the ability to offer USA.NET's highly regarded hosted Microsoft Exchange services and enhanced solutions to XO's customers. In addition, nearly all of XO Communications' existing Exchange users have been successfully migrated from the company's previous hosted Microsoft Exchange provider to USA.NET
