REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO USE TRADEMARKS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION. Prior to submitting a request for permission to use trademarks, please read USA.NET's Trademark Guidelines

USA.NET considers its trademarks to be among its most valuable assets. USA.NET "trademarks" as used in these Trademark Guidelines include all domain names, logos, taglines, trademarks, and service marks of USA.NET, Inc. whether registered or unregistered. All other trademarks referenced on the USA.NET website located at www.usa.net, in USA.NET marketing collateral, or other material distributed by USA.NET, are the property of USA.NET ortheir respective owners.

USA.NET's trademarks may only be used under the terms set forth in these Trademark Guidelines; any other use requires written permission from USA.NET, Inc., obtained prior to use. Except as expressly specified in these Trademark Guidelines, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring to you any license or right under any proprietary rights of USA.NET or any third party.

2. AUTHORIZED USE. Any USA.NET trademark used consistent with USA.NET's Trademark Guidelines or with the consent of USA.NET must contain the appropriate trademark or other registration symbol designated by USA.NET in its current version of Trademark Guidelines located at www.usa.net/legal/trademark-guidelines.asp.

3. HOW TO OBTAIN PERMISSION FOR USE. To request permission to use USA.NET trademarks, please submit a written request to the USA.NET Legal Department with all of the following information:

  • A description of the trademark you would like to use;
  • The intended use, including how the trademark will be used and for what purpose;
  • The manner in which the trademark will be distributed;
  • The intended audience;
  • The number of copies of the trademark to be produced;
  • The number of copies of the trademark to be distributed;
  • The intended distribution date;
  • A screen shot or sample of the intended use of the trademark; and
  • Your contact information, including name, company name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address.

Requests for permission that do not include all the information listed above will be automatically denied, and you will not receive a response for such incomplete requests. USA.NET reserves the right to refuse to provide permission to use its trademarks for any reason, in its sole discretion.
