My current forwarding service works fine. Why would a CENTURY 21 broker/agent want to change their email service?
CENTURY 21 business class email will provide you with a professional and reliable service that is accessible anytime anywhere. The service is safe and secure, and has a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Your address has a professional look and feel and is free from advertisements on both incoming and outgoing messages.

What are the differences between the old/new email solutions?
The new email solution provides POP/IMAP access, SSL, collecting from other accounts, calendar, address book, tasks, web access from anywhere in the world, vacation reply, auto-responder, coordinated time zone date stamp, versatile message composition tools including rich text, signatures, stationary, etc. (See Service Comparison Chart).

What are the differences between CENTURY 21/USA.NET email service and other popular email services like Yahoo!®, gmail, AOL®?
USA.NET email service includes live customer support, more robust features, professionally branded email address, uptime guarantee, no advertising or selling of your email address to list companies, autoreply and much more. (See Service Comparison Chart).

Can I keep my same email address?
Absolutely.

Can I use Microsoft® Outlook® or another email client?
You can use your favorite POP/IMAP email client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook) to retrieve your email and to send new mail.

What are the service plans?
Two Classes of Services are Available.

• 100 MB mailbox with anti-spam and anti-virus, personal calendar and task, POP, IMAP, SSL and access to email with wireless devices- $24.95 per year.
• 500MB mailbox with anti-spam and anti-virus, personal calendar and task, POP, IMAP, SSL and access to email with wireless devices- $34.95 per year.

Is anti-spam and anti-virus included in all service offerings?
Yes.

How many mailboxes do I get?
One mail box and up to five email addresses.

How will I be billed?
Your credit card will be charged for each subscription on an annual recurring basis.

Is there a set-up fee for the service?
There is no setup fee for the service.

Can I upgrade my service plan during the term?
Yes. You can upgrade your account at any time. Upgrades will take effect immediately and unused time on your old subscription will be added to your new annual subscription, based on subscription price differences.

Will I be prompted to renew my account towards the end of the term?
Unless otherwise specified, your account will renew automatically at the end of your term. If your account is not set to renew automatically, you will receive reminders to renew before your subscription expires.

What are my wireless email options?
You can use your wireless device to access your mail via POP and IMAP or via the device’s integrated web browser.

What other features can I purchase?
Wireless devices/plans and encryption services.
