What type of email service do I currently have as a CENTURY 21 System member?
CENTURY 21 Business Benefits provides agents a forward-only mailbox branded with the @century21.domain. Emails sent to “” are simply forwarded to another email account designated by you.


What are the advantages to upgrading to a USA.NET Email Services account?
Since the basic CENTURY 21 email is a forward-only email account, users must link that address to a personal account for access. Many members use personal accounts on free email systems such as Gmail, AOL, and Yahoo that are consumer based and not focused on the needs of business users. By selecting an upgraded plan from USA.NET you will have a complete, professional email system built for business use. All USA.NET email solutions include:

USA.NET’s Agent Email

Can I keep my same email address?
Yes. Upgrading is seamless and online. Just login to your CENTURY 21 Account, click on the upgrade link, and follow the instructions.


Can I use Microsoft® Outlook® or another email client?
You can use your favorite POP/IMAP email client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Entourage, etc) to retrieve your email and to send new mail. With upgraded accounts, you also have access to Outlook Synchronization capability. With synchronized Outlook, you may access your information from different desktops using an Outlook client and your updates and data will synchronize automatically.


What are the service plans?
USA.NET’s Agent Email Upgrade Plan has three classes of service. All three levels have identical functionality and are differentiated solely on the allocated storage. Compare the service levels and associated pricing to decide which is best for you.


How many mailboxes do I get?
Using agent email you get a single mailbox that can have up to five email addresses (aliases).


How will I be billed?
Your credit card will be charged for each subscription on an annual recurring basis.


Is there a set-up fee for the service?
There are no set-up fees to move to the agent email upgrade plan. The upgrade is seamless and can be done online through your current email.


Can I increase my email storage during the term of my upgraded plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your account at any time. Upgrades will take effect immediately and unused credit on your old subscription will be added to your new annual subscription, based on subscription price differences.


Will I be prompted to renew my account towards the end of the term?
Unless otherwise specified, your account will renew automatically at the end of your term. If your account is not set to renew automatically, you will receive reminders to renew before your subscription expires. If you decide to cancel, you only need to notify the support desk through email.


What are my wireless email options?
You can use your wireless device to access your mail via POP and IMAP or via the device’s integrated web browser. This solution also includes the ability for synchronized access between wireless and desktops using a variety of hand-held devices such as Windows Mobile Devices, iPhone and BlackBerry. Synchronized access does require a one-time purchase of a 3rd party client software for your device.

Broker Office Email is a customized hosted plan designed to meet the specific needs of your organization, including tiered levels of service for each mailbox, choice of wireless device and so on. Services are on-demand meaning these can turned up and turned down by user as needed. This approach gives you the look and feel of a customized in-house system but with the cost and feature benefits of a hosted system.


How many mailboxes does each person receive?
With Broker Office Email every user mailbox has an unlimited number of addresses in the form of an alias. The aliases are just that, and use the storage allocated to the primary box.


How will I be billed?
Billing is monthly based on the services used.


Is there a setup fee for the service?
Setup fees vary based on the degree of difficulty and the amount of data being migrated to your new email plan.


Will I be prompted to renew my account towards the end of the term?
An added advantage of Broker Office Email is that USA.NET assigns you a named account manager. They will help you throughout the life of your contract, as well as at renewal.


Can we use Microsoft® Outlook® and other email clients? What Browsers are supported?
